Development and Marketing Director (Edwards, CO)

This is a senior development position managing a major gifts portfolio and implementing a program of prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for gifts over $5,000. Planned giving and annual fund responsibilities also will be associated with this position. SOS Outreach has current revenues of $1.3 million cash and more than $3.0 million of in-kind donations annually. This position reports to the Executive Director and will be an integral component of the leadership team. The position will be focused on increasing the resources available for the achievement of the organization’s mission.

The Development and Marketing Director will lead aspects of fundraising. This individual will manage a current team of two including the Business and Development Coordinator and Development Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: individual donor development, database management, donor communication and fulfillment, donor research, donor cultivation, sponsorship solicitations, special event development and public relations. Program Coordinator (Edwards, CO)

The purpose of the Program Coordinator position is to manage and lead SOS Outreach Academy program in the Eagle County office (located in Edwards, CO) on a part time basis from September to the end of April. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, management, and evaluation of SOS Academy Program in the Eagle County region The position will manage partnerships with youth agencies and mountain resorts and oversee volunteer staff (e.g., on-hill staff, youth agency coordinators, etc.). Resort Program Manager, Tuesdays (Summit at Snoqualmie, WA)

The Resort Program Manager (RPM) position is a seasonal stipend position. The RPM is responsible for the prep, management, execution, and evaluations for the Learn to Ride program. This position is responsible for executing program days at Summit at Snoqualmie for the 2017/18 winter season in collaboration with the Program Director. The RPM will help oversee volunteer instructors, sherpas, youth, youth agency chaperones, and resort program staff. Click here for the full position description.
