Position Summary:

The Development Associate role provides general administrative support to the SOS Development Team, which includes the VP of Development, Senior Manager of Individual Giving, Senior Manager of Organizational Giving, and Corporate & Communications Manager. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Individual Giving to maintain systems including data entry and database management; provide support for SOS events, including managing grassroot activation events; and oversee a portfolio of donors, including managing tracking and stewardship. This role is responsible for grassroots fundraising and awareness opportunities across locations.

This position requires the ability to: travel within the service area (including mountain regions); sit at a desk for extended periods of times using the computer, telephone, and e-mail systems; lift 50 pounds; lead meetings & speak in public.

Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary is  $39,000-$43,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long term disability, paid holidays, paid time off, paid sick leave, Pro Deals, and a season pass to the Vail Resorts Inc Mountains.
