Marketing Director Overview
The marketing director reports to the executive director and will be an integral component of the national team of SOS Outreach. A successful candidate for this position will create, implement and oversee a strategic marketing strategy that effectively drives brand awareness and donations to the organization. Their work will start with leading a brand change for the organization.

Core Accountabilities

Minimum Education and Experience

A combined minimum of three years of experience in organization marketing and/or brand management with a corresponding degree in marketing or communications. Comparable experience in terms of time and background in similar fields and education/degrees will be considered.

This position requires the ability to: travel within the service area; use the computer, telephone, and electronic mail systems; lift 25 pounds; and lead meetings and speak in public. This is a full-time salaried position. Salary is $65,000 - $75,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long term disability, paid holidays, paid time off, paid sick leave, Pro Deals, and a season pass. The position is open until filled and may be located in any SOS office in the following locations: Eagle County, CO; Lake Tahoe, CA/NV; and Park City/Salt Lake City, UT.  The position is structured around a Monday-Friday work schedule - with potential evening and weekend commitments (especially throughout the fall and winter seasons).
