Doug joined SOS in 2000, seeking community and connection. He started as a volunteer instructor at Snoqualmie and soon witnessed the program's positive impact on everyone involved. This inspired him to found an SOS chapter at White Pass in 2002 and pursue a career in youth development. Now back as the White Pass Coordinator, Doug enjoys time with his family, supporting his kids, outdoor activities, and wrangling his two energetic dogs.
