continuing evolutions

Our continuing evolutions campaign is raising money to ensure more kids can participate in SOS throughout critical years of their youth. Whether it’s graduating from our Learn to Ride, Mentor, Jr. Mentor or Career Development Program, our progressive curriculum expands skill development to empower youth to belong everywhere. Across our programming, we strive to keep youth connected to opportunity even beyond graduation and we’re able to do that with our dedicated outdoor partners. The more we can bridge opportunities to our youth, the greater impact we will have.

Hear Isa's Story

Hi, I’m Isabella Escobar.

When I started SOS five years ago, I was shy and afraid to speak up. Since then, I’ve learned to snowboard, made several lifelong friends, grown to become a mentor myself, and connected these skills to a job in the outdoor industry- all through SOS’ curriculum.

I am so grateful for these opportunities that SOS has provided me to help me grow and I am looking forward to sharing that with other participants as a Jr. Mentor. I know how intimidating skiing/snowboarding can be, but it’s about taking the risk of putting yourself out there to try something new.

I hope you will consider making a donation to expand opportunities for kids just like me.
