Frisco Community Room Rental

  • Reservations: Max Qty of people = 100
  • Recreation Building Curfew is 11:00 PM- all music MUST BE OFF and the party/event over at this time,12:00 AM all people must be out and doors locked, according to the Town of Frisco.
  • A rental permit, security deposit and waiver are required to reserve the Frisco Community Center, at least 1 week in advance of the function.
  • The room is only to be used by those approved groups who have reserved the room in advance.
  • A Special Events Permit must be obtained from the TOF Clerk to sell alcohol (only non-profit groups are eligible).
  • The key for the Recreation Building must be checked out by an SOS staff member at the Recreation Building.
  • Cash and checks will not be accepted Reservations. Online payments only.
  • Loss or failure to return the key will result in re-keying; key replacement costs which will be charged to the reservation permit holder ($500.00 minimum charge). A $50.00 fee will be charged if doors are left unlocked and/or windows are left open. A $20.00 fee will be charged if the key is not left in the drop box at the conclusion of your event. You will also be charged $20.00 a day until it is returned, and then if it has been a week your $500.00 deposit will be forfeited to be used to re-key the building.
  • Facilities should be left clean with chairs and tables returned to the storage area after use. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the facility is left unsatisfactory and the group will not be granted use of the facility in the future. A minimum of $110.00 will be charged if the trash dumpster is filled by your group and an extra dump fee is required.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the Recreation Building.
  • No pets are permitted in the building or on the surrounding grounds.
  • Children must be supervised at all times. (Including outside.)
  • Proof of insurance may be required for corporate and large-scale special events with the following listed as additional insured: SOS Outreach P.O. Box 2020, Avon, CO 81620 and Frisco Town Government PO Box 4100, 1 East Main Street, Frisco, CO 80443

Deposit for the Frisco Recreation Room
Security deposits and fees assessed are due no later than 1 week in advance of the reservation date or your reservation will not be held.

  • Reservations with alcohol served or sold at your event, a deposit of $500.00 is required
  • Reservations without alcohol, a deposit of $250.00 is required. *

* If it is discovered alcohol is served at your event without the proper deposit, it will be an automatic forfeiture of your deposit and ban from hosting future events.

IN CONSIDERATION of the permission by Town of Frisco and SOS Outreach given undersigned to use certain facilities, the undersigned herewith agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Frisco and SOS Outreach from any liability, claim or demand for any event or incident involving damages, injuries, or the non payment of any obligation incurred by the undersigned which may be assessed against the Town of Frisco or ŞOS Outreach and further agrees to defend the Town of Frisco and Sos Outreach against any claim arising there from, and to pay any judgment which may be obtained, together with costs and attorney's fees incurred by the Town of Frisco and SOS Outreach. Further, the undersigned agrees to furnish, at its costs, such liability insurance, if any be required or requested by the town of Frisco and SOS Outreach, no later than two weeks prior to the time of the intended use of the recreation building facility. Yes, I have read the policies regarding the use of the Town facilities understand it and agree to comply with all the provisions set forth therein. I also agree to comply with the provisions set forth above in this permit. A facility rental contract is required to reserve, for exclusive use, any Town-owned facility or equipment. Permits shall be submitted to SOS Outreach no later than 1 week in advance of any requested reservation. LIABILITY: Each permit will contain a wavier, which releases all liability of the Town and SOS Outreach, which must be signed by the contact person. The contact person must be 21 years of age or older and will be responsible for payment of fees, deposit and/or damage occurring during rental. For organized athletic events, the Town and SOS Outreach require proof of insurance with the Town and SOS Outreach listed as additionally insured with policy amounts of at least $100,000/person and $1,000,000/occurrence. The Town of Frisco and SOS Outreach assume no responsibility and therefore have no liability for any damage to, or loss of, equipment, merchandise or materials left in building prior to, during or following your scheduled meeting/event. The client will be held responsible for any damages to the building, furnishings or equipment belonging to the Town of Frisco or SOS Outreach during scheduled meetings/events. SECURITY DEPOSITS: Facilities rented will be inspected after the event to determine their condition. If the facilities are in an acceptable condition (doors locked, windows closed, trash out, lights off, room dean) and keys are returned, the security deposit will be refunded and should be picked up within seven (7) days. If the facilities rented are found to be in an unacceptable condition, Sos Outreach will implement proper charges for cleanup listed below and/or necessary repairs and deduct these costs from the deposit held. If damage assessment is larger than the deposit held, the contact person will be required to pay any additional amounts. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance of the rental date to guarantee full refund of any deposits and fees paid. Any cancellation received less than seven (7) days prior to the rental date may be charged for the rental unless the facility is rebooked. ALCOHOL: Anyone wishing to sell alcohol at their scheduled event must comply with any Colorado State Liquor Laws and obtain a Special Events Permit through the Town Clerk. PAYMENTS: Credit Card and Cash Only for One Time Users SOS Outreach Frisco Room Rental Po Box 2092 Frisco CO 80443 KEYS: A key to the Recreation Building must be checked out by the renter from an SOS staff member on a WEEKDAY prior to the rental date. SOS staff members are not present on weekends and cannot grant access to the building on weekends, holidays, and after business hours on weekdays. It is the sole responsibility of the renter to check out a key to the recreation building during SOS business hours, prior to the date of their rental. RECREATION BUILDING GUIDELINES Set Up/Clean Up: Tables and chairs are provided for your use. Tables and chairs must be CLEANED and returned to the storage closet. All set up and take down is the responsibility of the group. Please supply appropriate table coverings as needed to protect the table surfaces. If anything spills on tables, chairs or floors, please clean it up immediately. Groups are responsible for all clean up, including trash removal. ****COVID POLICY: Renters will agree to sanitize all surfaces (besides floor) that are used including: table tops, chairs, light fixtures, door knobs etc.at the end of their event. The trash dumpster is located through the side door off of the recreation room, renters are responsible for taking out all trash. Extra trash liners, paper product and cleaning supplies are stocked in the closet and it is unlocked for your use. Mops and brooms are located in the kitchen to use. There should be no trash left inside or outside, including the perimeter of the building, especially if guests take things outside during the event. Trash must be placed INSIDE the dumpster, trash that is left on top of the dumpster, inside the facility will be considered as not cleaned. Use of the Kitchen: The kitchen is not to be used for preparation of meals. It functions as a catering kitchen. A small stove and refrigerator are available for limited use. Please clean all appliances in the kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee makers, etc.). You are not allowed to prepare food in the kitchen, including cooking any raw food. All food must be prepared elsewhere and fully cooked prior to being brought into the building. You may ONLY utilize devices and appliances in the kitchen. Use of outside devices and appliances including grills, cook stoves, camp stoves etc, is strictly prohibited. Use of these items will result in the loss of deposit ***If not cleaned accordingly,, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the group*** I understand the expectations for cleaning, trash removal, sanitation and kitchen use. By accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing to follow these rules; otherwise, these consequences will be enforced: 1. A rental contract, security deposit and wavier are required to reserve the Frisco Community Center, at least 1 week in advanced of the function. 2. A Special Events Permit must be obtained from the Town of Frisco Clerk to sell alcohol (only non-profit groups are eligible). If you state you will not be serving alcohol during your room rental time and do serve alcohol during the rental time, your security deposit will be forfeited. 3. The key for the Recreation Building must be checked out by an SOS staff member at the Recreation Building at least one week prior to the rental date. Keys can only be checked out on WEEKDAYS. It is not the responsibility of SOS to grant access to the Recreation Building to the renter if the renter fails to check out a key prior to their rental. Loss or failure to return the key will result in re-keying; key replacement costs which will be charged to the reservation permit holder ($500.00 minimum charge). 4. Failure to leave the key in the drop box at the conclusion of your event will result in a $20.00 charge and a fee of $20.00 a day for every day it is not returned. If the key is not returned after seven (7) days the security deposit will be forfeited and used to re-key the building. 5. Facilities INCLUDING BATHROOM should be left clean with chairs and tables wiped down and returned to the storage area after use. Please put furniture back into the clearly label spots. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the facility is left unsatisfactory or if furniture is not put back correctly and the group will not be granted use of the facility in the future. 6. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if doors are left unlocked and/or windows are left open and/or lights left on. 7. A minimum of $150.00 will be charged if the trash dumpster is filled by your group and an extra dump fee is required. 8. Smoking is prohibited in the Recreation building and there will be a $250.00 charge if it occurs. 9. Materials and decorations may be taped only, to the wooden strip that is on the walls around the room. Do not affix any materials to the walls, floors or ceilings of the meeting room with pushpins, tacks, nails, staples, or any other substances. If it is found that things are affixed on to surfaces other than the wooden strip a charge will be taken from your deposit. 10. If renters go past the building curfew, 12am (Midnight), your deposit will be forfeited and will lose building rental privileges in the future. There may also be additional consequences beyond our control for abusing the Town of Frisco's event & building curfew - enforced by the Town of Frisco Police Dept. 11. I understand that the max occupancy of the building is subject to change as Summit County moves from one COVID Level to another.
