Leadville
In partnership with Ski Cooper, we are using the mountains as our classroom to teach core values, build connections, develop life skills, and foster belonging.
In 2023, for the first time ever, SOS offered a weekend of skiing and riding for parents of our participants. This pilot opened up the opportunity for parents to experience what it’s like to be on the mountain and the power of an SOS ride day. Lift tickets, instruction (Spanish & English), and gear were provided and their kids even came to show support!
